Doodl is a little program I wrote that lets you draw little doodles and upload them. You can also edit other people's doodles and upload them as edits. Unlike other drawing programs, Doodl saves all the vector data of every stroke you put on the canvas. That data gets uploaded alongside the image and downloaded when you edit someone else's doodle. So for example you could draw something and someone else could cleanly erase parts of or entire lines very easily.

Alicorn Twilight and other details from newer seasons are still allowed, but this version of the intro does not have the train going through the town, so this version should be easier to draw. You may feel free to try if you’re adventurous, of course!
Now, for some submission guidelines:
- Submissions should roughly be 1280x720 pixels.
- Much like the 4chan board, let’s keep things safe for work!
- Your submission should preferably include a non-transparent background.
- You may post your submission in parts: background and separate images for the character(s). This way I can add some little animation to your drawings!
- If you want to “reserve” a given frame (ie. anything between roughly 0-33 seconds), you may post in this thread.
- Questions? Ask away!
As soon as there is a sufficient amount of submissions, I will begin to put a video together. Of course, you don’t need to rush, as the window for submissions will remain open up until the deadline.

So I brought the idea up a while ago and it seemed like there was some interest. Basically the plan is to make something like the /mlp/ card to Faust, but y'know. Not shitty. You'll send in a picture, say 500x500 or something, with anything you'd want to say on there. A drawing, a thank you, or whatever, and I'd compile them all in one big image. At the end, I'd send it off to mlp's writers, probably in two different sizes.This is still kind of up in the air, so suggestions on how to improve this are very welcome.

So with all that buzz about MLSH2, Poni Parade, and so on, I got to thinking: "Why not have MLPG take a stab at making a pinup print project to be distributed for money?"
This is a challenge for all artists involved, as most of us aren't professional, renowned, or incredibly skilled, let alone having experience in the wild world of print projects. What we do have, though, is passion and the magic of friendship. It's going to be a learning experience, and maybe some of us can make a little dosh on the side.
All art created for this project must keep these standards in mind:

Thought I'd make a thread here since I'm planning to get better at drawing this Summer during the hiatus hopefully.
To start here's a stallion made closely following Brae's tutorials and guides, particularly his video walkthrough.
Admittedly it looks a little too similar in some ways as I kinda replicated him a bit, but also tried to retain as much knowledge as I could about building a good base with accurate perspective and proportions to work from seeing how that's always been my trouble area.
I've done a few other versions but I'll just post this one for now. I also tried challenging myself a bit by taking some requests too on MLPG the other day. It's been a busy weekend for me so I haven't been able to start just yet, but I'm hoping I can get to it soon~

Hey MLPG. I know we've talked about this a little in the actual General but I would like to know if anyone wants to talk about/throw around ideas for interesting characters that could fit into the pony world
I know this is a bit of a controversial subject but I think it could be a lot of fun helping each other get creative with characters. We already kind of do this for some quests and things I think.
I dunno, just something to pass the time and this seems like a decent place to put it for those who don't want to see it.
tl;dr: Post some OCs, and try putting effort into them. Drawing them yourself would also be helpful.

I have this idea that maybe some of you might like
I see people doing art trades, but after they're done, they usually stay away from each other till the next time they do an art trade
I heard someone ,I can't remember who, say that they would pair up with someone else for a few days to see it they improve over that time
What if we did that?
Pair up a few people, give them a set amount of time together, then pair them up with someone else. Over time we start to add more people to those groups until, in the end, it becomes one big group of art improvement
I already know of the MLPG art improvement skype chat, but because of other people, it's in a negative light. And I already know of the second one, which not a lot of people know about apparently. But I noticed that both of these lean more into critique, teaching, and suggesting other art methods, but never about active improvement. And that irks me a little.
But think about this, giving a short time limit to see what improvement you made, switch partners, add more partners, then in the end we all see the improvement you made.
It sounds like a good idea right? Of course, I'm open to any ideas you guys want to add or change.

Hello, we at /qt/ have been working on his role play system for a while, really adaptable rules light, adventure game. We could really use some art for our game so we can show it off, we need adventurous ponies, griffons, zebras, goats, diamond dogs, donkeys , and buffalo too. Particularly of the core classes: bard, cleric, knight, mage, necromancer, rogue, shaman, and tracker. Anything you want to help out with would be appreciated.

I'm working on a pony now and it's coming along pretty well, but for some reason I can't get the shapes of those things quite right, and I don't want to just give up and put out something mediocre. Any wireframe overlay shots would be especially great as that would help a lot with the topology.

I've heard that you are some pretty cool guys, so I wanted to share my art with you. I'm fairly new to pony art, but I've been drawing for about 13 years now.
